Arugula’s flavor has been described as peppery, mustardy, hot with a hint of nut flavor, tart, and spicy. It adds such an exciting, interesting flavor and texture to salads. Most often eaten raw in salads but also steamed or added raw to many other dishes (such as pizza!). Also a good container variety. All of our lettuce varieties are perfect for microgreens, mesclun mixes and baby lettuce greens. 30-45 days.

Allyson, your handwritten note on the invoice was so kind and so appreciated. I can' wait to get my hands in the dirt and get these planted. It will cool down one of these days in McAllen Texas and I will have some great lettuce. Thanks for the free super red romaine.

I seemed to get a 100% germination rate, if not 98%! We'll see about the other seeds I bought.
