Love-in-a-Mist is a wonderful name for this unique wildflower. The dainty blue petals are surrounded by a ring of lacy bracts, and the foliage is fine and lacy as well. When to sow outside: RECOMMENDED. 2 to 4 weeks before average last frost. No pre-treatment needed. Sow seeds just below soil surface at 70F and water. For continual bloom, sow every 4 weeks after initial sowing until midsummer. In warm winter climates, sow in early fall for very early spring bloom.
When to start inside: Not recommended.
Special germination instructions: Seeds should be just barely covered with soil (1/8" deep).
